Just Breathe
I teach a unique style of yoga based on the energy of the seasons. This supports a greater connection with the environment thereby promoting healthier relationships and a greater sense of satisfaction in all aspects of our lives. My style of teaching is suitable for all levels of experience. I encourage my students to both develop the poses and how they relate to their own individual experience. This enables each student to understand that yoga has both a physical and emotional component.
Dedicated to Wellbeing
I am a Yoga Alliance registered Children & Family Yoga Teacher and Hatha Yoga Teacher and have been teaching since 2014. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with the emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement and meditative awareness, I’m able to promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing.

My classes are inclusive and I enjoy working with all levels and abilities.
I am also a qualified massage therapist and co-ran my own holistic business offering Reiki, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Table Thai Massage and Seated Acupressure. I truly subscribe to a holistic and energetic approach to health and life in general.

A Life of Balance
I discovered yoga during my second pregnancy and began to develop my practice in 2002. Initially I immersed myself in Ashtanga Yoga, as I loved the dynamic and energetic style, however now I enjoy mixing Flow with Yin and Restorative yoga to create a balanced practice. I've also found that adapting my practice by following nature and the seasons is a kinder and more natural approach for my body.

A fun and active yoga class for children/young adults aged 12-18 yrs. My classes are fun and creative incorporating mixed styles, breath work, meditation, partner & acro-yoga. I have been teaching yoga in schools since 2014 from Primary through to Sixth form.
Hatha Flow & Relaxation

Thursday 8.15 - 9.30pm
An evening flow class for all ages & abilities. I adapt our practice to follow the seasons, incorporating flow & restorative poses whilst focusing on breath, strength and flexibility. Beginners are welcome as is the more experienced student.

New Beginnings

Monday 10.00am - 11.00am
A warm and friendly class for those who are completely new to yoga or returning from a long break. It's a gentle introduction to breath work, meditation and the asanas. Lots of gentle stretching to create balance and flexibility. Especially good for those who don't feel comfortable attending larger classes.
